Annual General Meeting

Election of a New Board of Directors

All members of the International Police Association (IPA) of the Larnaca Local Department are invited to a General Assembly, which will be held on 01/09/2020 at the Association's offices in the Larnaca Traffic Police.

The assembly can be attended by all members of the Local Department of Larnaca. It is understood that in order to have the right to vote, one must have settled one's debts to the Association.

Those of our members who wish to submit a candidacy for the new Board of Directors, must submit a written statement to the Secretary of the Larnaca Local Department Pantelina Parpa (tel. 99025310) no later than 21/08/2020 at 13:00.

The Board of Directors to be elected will have a four-year term.

Prior to the election for the appointment of a new Board of Directors, there will be a report on the activities of the outgoing Board of Directors. Any of our members is entitled if they wish to register a topic for discussion and submit any complaint. However, he must declare it in writing to the Secretary by 21/08/2020.

Any of our members who show up will be a quorum if the half-hour extension expires in accordance with the Regulations and the Articles of Association.

The ballot box will open at 18:00 and close at 19:30. If there is a flow of voters, voting will be extended until 20:00 at the latest.
