Pierre-Martin Moulin

President | Switzerland

The IPA President, Pierre-Martin Moulin comes from Switzerland and became an IPA member in 1994, straight after finishing the police academy. He has served on the International Executive Board since 2003 as Treasurer and from 2012 as President.

Kyriakos Karkalis

Vice President, Chairperson Socio-Cultural Commission | Greece

Kyriakos comes from Greece and lives in Athens. He joined the Police in 1990 and has been an IPA member from almost the beginning of his career. Kyriakos is in active service, currently with the rank of 1st Lieutenant. He considers himself lucky to have met great IPA people, who inspired him with the principles and values of this great Association.

May-Britt Ronnebro

Secretary General | Sweden

The IPA Secretary General, Mrs. May-Britt V. R. Ronnebro, comes from Sweden and became an IPA member in 1981. She was the Branch coordinator from 1989 to 2002, when she was then elected to the Reginal Board of IPA Region 3 and member of the National IPA Board. On the National Board of IPA Sweden, she has carried the function as Vice President of Culture and was in 2010 elected National President. She has served on the International Professional Commission 2012 – 2015 and was elected to the International Executive Board in 2015 as Chairperson of the Professional Commission and from 2019 as Secretary General.

Michael Walsh

Treasurer Finances | Ireland

Michael Walsh is from Co Galway in the West of Ireland. He has been an IPA member since 1993 and previously held the position as treasurer and vice president on Section Ireland’s National Board, as well as the role of International Auditor from 2012 to 2019. At the 64th World Congress in Croatia he was elected to the position of Treasurer Finances.

Stephen Crockard

Head of Administration | Northern Ireland

Stephen Crockard, who comes from Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom, joined the IPA in 1978 and made his international debut on the board in 2009, when he was elected to the position of Assistant International Secretary General during the XIX World Congress in Antalya, Turkey.

Martin Hoffmann

Treasurer Social Affairs | Austria

Martin Hoffmann, from Austria, works for the Austrian Prison Service Academy in Vienna. He currently serves on the IEB as Treasurer for Social Affairs and in the Austrian IPA Section as National President. Working in close cooperation with the Treasurer for Finances, Michael Walsh, Martin manages the financial contributions of the Treasury, coordinates the IPA Emergency Aid and is in charge of the IPA membership card. In addition, he is responsible for organising the practical aspects of the board meetings throughout the year, as well as for the supply of IPA gifts and promotional items.
